IV Set and BT Set both are different.
1. IV Set = These are used to administer various fluids and drugs.Like If we have to start IV Fluids for the patient.
2. BT Set = These are used to administer Blood Products Like PRBC, Plasma, FFP, RDP etc. Due to the larger molecule of RBC It is safer to use a BLood Transfusion (BT Set) because it does have a dedicated filter and large bore which prevents the RBCs frkm Breakdown.
